Dean, Amarley and I spent the day with the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water. Try saying that three times fast!

We kicked off at North Ryde RSL with our Advanced Cultural Awareness Training before heading into Lane Cove National Park for our Cammeraygal On Country experience.

Kakadu wasn’t quite in the travel budget, but Cammeraygal Country certainly delivered!

This group’s love for the environment shone through. There were plenty of questions, laughs and stories shared, and we’re so grateful for the care and curiosity everyone brought.

We even caught the attention of four Powerful Owls!
